Turning Mistakes Into Victories
One of our clients had ordered 5000 beautiful Nic & Syd Swarovski crystal necklaces for a Mother’s Day event. Just before the order was ready to ship, our quality assurance team noticed the chain was different than what the client had approved. There was no time to redo the order, so instead, we notified the client of the error and decided to include both chains with the pendant so they would be able to offer all their patrons two chains at no extra cost. The client was thrilled that we not only solved the problem but found a way to add value to the overall program.
